Lithgow City Council had a redundant reservoir tank that had been decommissioned in the late 1980’s due to the construction of a new larger tank adjacent to the site. With the continuation of the severe drought in the immediate regions and the continuing development and demand from the Lithgow Township, Lithgow Council took the decision to refurbish the old tank as additional buffer storage capacity. This required the additional of a building where re-chlorination could occur as required
Solve Civil worked with the Head Contractor and Lithgow Council engineers to provide a building with the optimum size and materials specification
